During the development of Marvel: Realm of Champions, I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to use my fine art background to draw one of the comics in our game, which you can see below.

I framed the comic as a fable told to young sorcerers in the Temple as a way to explain the Ancient one in this universe, and the creation of the Temple of Vishanti. The Poem uses varying rhyme schemes for each stanza and esoteric language to represent the Temple being a nexus of multiple (often conflicting) realities, and the Ancient One being an amalgam of every Ancient One everywhere forever. I wanted readers to feel caught between each stanza, never quite settling into a predictable rhythm - the words as the ground shifting beneath their feet.
